Channel O Champions Theme
We were briefed on a promo video by Originators.tv for Channel O, one of the biggest music video and lifestyle channels in South Africa and Africa. The theme for the promo was "Champions". So we looked at magazine and editorial layouts to create our style boards. The reason for the editorial theme was to put the local artist in hero like frames and front page magazine covers, as they are the leaders of music and lifestyle in the country. With most of the theme being video footage we created graphics that spoke to the artists and the background. Working on this project was great as these artist are the ones that drive popular youth culture in South Africa.
